When should I place a custom order?
Creating the perfect item for a special occasion is our priority. We understand how important these moments are, and we are proud to be part of helping you create memories that will last a lifetime. Our team works hard to ensure that your custom order is completed as quickly as possible, while still maintaining the highest quality. Can you use my stones or gold?
The studio may accept customer-provided stones on a case-by-case basis. If the stones are faceted, they must be round. We can also work with precut cabochons, which feature a domed top and flat back. We can swap stones in existing designs with studio approval, provided the new stones are the same size, shape, and cut as the original. Unfortunately, we cannot cut or shape found stones or work with customers' gold at this time.
Can I have my custom item engraved?
Personalize your custom or inventory Beth Millner piece with engraving! Handwritten engraving in your choice of print or cursive, available on most jewelry. We only do engravings on Beth Millner pieces.
Timeline & Downpayment
Once your form is submitted, we will take 1-2 weeks to create a preliminary concept for the design and provide you with a quote. To begin the order, a 50% downpayment is required. After we receive the downpayment, Beth will create a design template or sketch as requested. Upon completion of the project, you will be notified to make the final payment and the item will be ready for shipment or pickup.
